1. General Policy

The Curious Heart provides ThetaHealing® sessions as a personal and spiritual service.
Because these are individual, time-based services, refunds are handled with care and clarity.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be granted.

2. No Online Purchases

​

This website does not process online payments.
All bookings and payments (if applicable) are arranged directly between the client and The Curious Heart through email or other personal communication.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.

4. Late Cancellations

 

​If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, the session may be charged in full or considered completed, at the discretion of The Curious Heart.

5. No-Shows

​

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be provided.

6. Refunds After a Session

​

Once a session has been completed, refunds are not offered, as the service has already been delivered.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

​

We understand that unexpected situations may occur.
Refunds or rescheduling exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of The Curious Heart.
