About Me
Welcome to a shared journey of healing, growth, and self-actualization. My name is Alm Fine. I am a holistic coach, author, and workshop facilitator who assists people on their journeys to lives full of meaning and fulfillment.
Professional and Personal Journey:
With a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Educational Counseling, I believe in the power of education as a tool for change and growth.
As a certified ThetaHealing instructor, I convey the unique knowledge and tools of this method, which enables access to the subconscious and the release of limiting beliefs.
In addition, I facilitate workshops and singing circles, which provide a safe space for self-expression, connection to emotions, and the discovery of an inner voice.
"The Curious Heart" Method:
I developed the "Curious Heart" method, a unique approach that combines tools from the world of ThetaHealing, guided imagery, and TEMCBT.
The method focuses on curious inner observation, identifying and releasing limiting beliefs, and connecting to inner sources of strength.
I believe that when we open our hearts with curiosity and love, we can bring about significant changes in our lives.
Personal Coping:
My experience with breast cancer gave me deep insights into the power of inner healing and the importance of connecting to body and mind.
I share these insights out of a desire to inspire and give hope to people facing similar challenges.
Therapeutic Approach:
I believe in a holistic therapeutic approach that sees the person as a whole and addresses all aspects of their existence: .
I create a safe and inclusive space that allows people to connect with themselves, express their emotions, and discover their strengths.

My story
In 2015, I was in a period where I was searching for meaning in my life.
Everything was seemingly good, but I felt like something was missing. I searched and searched. One day, I heard Rabbi Kook's song – Ben Adam, Ale LeMa'ala Ale (Son of Man, Ascend, Ascend).
"For a mighty power is yours, you have wings of the spirit, wings of noble eagles. Do not deny them, lest they deny you. Seek them out – and they will readily be found by you."

I understood that all this time I had been denying my wings. And from that moment, I started looking for them. I didn't even know what I was looking for, but I knew there was something missing. I started to take an interest in different methods of development and came across a ThetaHealing course. I immediately fell in love.
In my ThetaHealing studies, I received tangible tools to work with the subconscious, with consciousness, and with the beliefs that were managing me. I noticed how many limiting beliefs I held in my subconscious and slowly started to release more and more beliefs and change my perceptions. The deeper I went into the process, the more my life changed.
After completing the first course, I continued to the Advanced DNA course, Intuitive Anatomy, Dig Deeper, Soul Mate, Game of Life, World Relations, and underwent training with the founder of the method to teach the two basic ThetaHealing courses.

Later, within my work framework in the middle school, I developed a new lesson called "Intuition Class." During the lesson, I taught seventh-grade children to listen to themselves, to feel their hearts and the hearts of their group members.
They learned to work with their beliefs and their feelings without projecting them onto others. In this way, I combined my love for education with personal developmental practice.

In recent years, I developed the method called "The Curious Heart" – an alternative healing method where the treatment focuses on connecting to the inner voice, intuition, and the subconscious.
